August feels like a month of simplifying.
July reminded me that I do not need to do everything at once. I have been trying to balance creativity, health, finances, learning, hobbies, and personal growth, and while I love having a lot of interests, I also realized that sometimes doing less allows me to enjoy the things I am already building.
This month is about creating systems that are realistic, celebrating progress, and continuing to move forward.
What I watched in July?
July was a great month for dramas, and I found myself watching so many incredible stories that narrowing down my favorites was a challenge. Going into August, I am continuing several of my favorites and looking forward to seeing how their stories develop.

1. A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring Hill Dream | ( Releasing into August)
Still my number one drama from July. Everything about this series feels cinematic, from the visuals to the music. I am loving the entire atmosphere of the show and cannot wait to give a full review once it finishes.

2. Payback | ( Releasing into August)
Still one of my favorites because of the justice and revenge storyline. I am enjoying how the drama balances intense moments with emotional relationships and a little bit of romance.
3. Don’t Be Too Emotional | ( Releasing into August)
This drama continues to keep me guessing because I still do not know who the true good guy or bad guy is. I am currently rooting for Big Jane, even though he has plenty of red flags. I am interested to see if my opinion changes as the story continues.

4. Wandee Good Day

This bl series was light hearted at some areas and intense and others, but I loved the chemistry and how the plot was played out.
5. Peach and Me | ( Releasing into August)
I am loving this continuation of Me and Thee. PondPhuwin continues to be amazing, and I am enjoying seeing these characters and relationships continue to grow.

6. Bittersweet Love | ( Releasing into August)

This one still has me conflicted. I am watching it while trying to understand the romance being portrayed because I am not completely emotionally there yet, but I am interested to see if the story changes my perspective.
7. Prosecutor’s Proposal

8. Be My Player Two | ( Releasing into August)

This one is still very early, but the first episode grabbed my attention. I love the couple already, and the storyline has a lot of potential.
9. Deep in the Act | ( Releasing into August)

The storytelling concept continues to interest me because of the way it balances the fictional film storyline with the romance developing between the actors outside of the film.
10. Hustle

Different from everything else on my list. Loved this conman series
July Reflection
Wins

- Took a trip to Orlando and found peace being away.
- Lost 5 pounds.
- Posted a video that was not a Monthly Reset, which was a huge creative win.
Challenges
July also showed me where I need to improve.
I realized five languages were too much to maintain, so I decided to focus on three for now. Surprisingly, Spanish was one of the languages I paused, even though it is probably the one I know the most.
I also struggled with keeping my bullet journal consistent because I kept changing systems instead of trusting one. Finances were another area where I needed more awareness because I spent more than planned and did not track consistently.
Lessons July Repeated
Stop Trying To Do Everything
Having many interests is amazing, but everything cannot be the priority at the same time.
Keep It Simple
The best system is the one you actually use.
Celebrate Your Accomplishments
I want to spend more time recognizing progress instead of immediately moving on to the next goal.
August
Goals
This month I am focusing on:
- Lose 5 pounds.
- Save $1,000 toward savings and sinking funds.
- Take a day trip somewhere new.
- Record more moments of everyday life.
- Stay consistent with my three languages.
- Begin my moving-out checklist.
- Read one book.

The goal for August is not to create the perfect system. It is to create a system that supports my life.
Final Thoughts
July was about learning what works and what doesn’t. August is about taking those lessons and building something simpler, calmer, and more sustainable.
Less pressure. More intention. More enjoying the process.
