The final stretch of the year always feels like controlled chaos, doesn’t it? We have just two months left in 2025, and everyone’s scrambling; checking boxes, revisiting resolutions, and trying to squeeze meaning into the last few pages of the calendar.
Honestly? I haven’t even looked back at my list of goals for the year. But here’s the thing: I’ve been consistent with the ones that mattered most to me. If something didn’t get done, I’ll reassess it in December and decide if it deserves a spot in 2026. Some goals simply need more time, more grace, or a different version of me to complete them.
November Focus
This month is all about managing chaos and preparing my systems for 2026. I’m setting up my organization tools, clearing clutter—both physical and mental—and making space for a smoother year ahead.
Lately, it feels like I blink and the month is gone. So my focus is to stay calm, stay grounded, and actually process what’s happening instead of sprinting through it all.
Before diving into new goals, I like to look back at the previous month.
October Reflections
October was… quiet. I had to scroll through my camera roll just to remember what I did—which says a lot. Not much stood out, except one bright memory: a birthday party that was full of laughter, music, and genuine connection. Sometimes, that’s enough. Not every month needs to be loud to matter.

Reset Weekend
After setting up my goals, I decided to start November strong by getting my car serviced. Thankfully, it didn’t hurt my wallet too badly—just $130—but of course, the mechanic had to hit me with the classic “you’ll need new tires soon.”Toyota quoted me around $600, and to that I politely said, next time. (Translation: I’ll be price-shopping elsewhere, thank you very much.)
Right after the appointment, life pivoted. My aunt wasn’t feeling well, so I spent the evening with her—just being present, helping where I could.
Then came Sunday, and I woke up on a mission. It was storage unit day. I was moving everything from my smaller unit into a larger one, and let me tell you—it was a full workout. I made more than ten trips up and down the elevators with a dolly in tow, juggling boxes, bags, and two separate security codes that made me feel like I was in an obstacle course. Every time I left a floor, I had to go back to the first floor punch in another code just to go back up.
By the end of the day, my legs were jelly, my back was protesting, but my new unit was finally set up. It was exhausting.
Closing Thoughts ✨
This November isn’t about hustling harder—it’s about intentional preparation. I want to walk into December ready to reflect, not recover. Ready to close out the year with clarity, not chaos.
Here’s to calm mornings, mindful moments, and a November that feels like a deep breath before the new year begins.
With love and forward motion,
